In March of 2020 when we went into the first national lockdown here in the UK, I set up an Instagram page to post photos of the socks I was knitting for friends and family at the time. I had no intention or expectation that it would ever grow into a business, which is what makes this so special. Spurred on by the encouragement and interest I was gaining on my handmade socks, I branched out to designing other items.

Since then, I have gained a love for intarsia. Intarsia is a colour work technique enabling you to knit with multiple colours and create motifs and shapes in your fabric. Now, my passion is creating (mainly) intarsia patterns of landscapes I love, things that inspire me and images that invoke a sense of nostalgia.
