MeganFaithMakes' Checkered Sweater Vest Knitting Pattern PDF (English)

This is a downloadable PDF knitting pattern, you will not receive the physical item when purchasing this listing.

The Checkered Sweater Vest is suitable for advanced beginners. Made flat from the bottom up. First the front panel is made using intarsia to create the colour work pattern, then the back is made in one (main) colour. The shoulders are attached with the three needle bind off and the sides are attached using mattress stitch. Stitches are then picked up around the neck and arm holes to create the ribbing.

This is a fun, quick knit, great for beginners wanting to learn some new techniques.

Sizes: XS-S (M) L (XL) 2XL (3XL) 4XL (5XL)

To fit bust / chest sizes: 32-36 (38-40) 42-44 (46-48) 50-52 (54-56) 58-60 (62-64) inches. 
76-91 (97-102) 107-112 (117-122) 127-132 (137-142) 147-152 (157-163) cms.

Final vest measurements are provided in the pattern. This pattern includes a couple of inches of positive ease.

Needles: 7.00mm straight, 8.00mm straight (and a third 8.00mm for the three needle bind off), 7.00mm 60cm circular needles.

Yarn: Drops by Snow (50g = 50 metres) or any other chunky weight yarn you can meet gauge with.

Yardage: XS-S: MC - 250g. CC - 100g. 
M: MC - 300g. CC - 100g. 
L: MC - 300g. CC - 150g.
